All-on-4 Dental Implants in Greenville, TX

Teeth in a Day. A new chapter for your smile.

What patients usually talk about is much bigger than restoring teeth. They talk about eating foods they missed, smiling in photos, going on dates, interviewing for jobs, and feeling like themselves again.

Maybe you avoid certain foods, cover your mouth when you laugh, or feel tired of thinking about your teeth every day. Many patients come to us after years of dentures, failing dental work, health challenges, or simply putting themselves last.

What Teeth in a Day Actually Is

Teeth in a Day replaces an entire arch with dental implants that support a full set of fixed teeth. The implants provide the foundation, and the replacement teeth stay attached for everyday use.

For patients who qualify, a fixed provisional restoration can be placed on the day of surgery. Your implants still need time to heal before your final restoration is completed.

All-on-4 & Teeth in a Day

what does All-on-4 mean?

All-on-4 describes a full-arch approach that uses four implants to support a set of replacement teeth. The implant number and positions in your own plan depend on your anatomy and the support your restoration needs.

At Complete Dental Care, Teeth in a Day is our patient-facing name for fixed full-arch treatment. Dr. Bean uses 3D imaging and digital planning to evaluate whether an immediate set of fixed provisional teeth is appropriate for you.

your first teeth and your final teeth

Leaving with teeth on surgery day does not mean healing is complete. When same-day loading is appropriate, the first restoration is provisional. Your implants still need time to integrate with the bone, and you will follow a tailored diet and care plan.

Your final restoration is planned after healing and follow-up checks. If same-day fixed teeth are not appropriate, we will explain the alternative timeline before treatment begins.

a decision made together

is full-arch treatment right for you?

Missing most of your teeth, struggling with dentures, or facing several failing teeth can be reasons to explore a full-arch consultation. They do not automatically mean every remaining tooth needs to be removed.

We assess which teeth can be maintained, your bone and gums, your health history and medications, and the way your bite works. The goal is to find an appropriate plan, not fit everyone into the same procedure.

fixed teeth or removable dentures?

Fixed full-arch teeth stay attached for daily use. A removable implant denture is taken out by the patient for cleaning. Both use implants, but the design, maintenance, and investment differ.

Comfort and Support

It is completely normal to feel nervous about a procedure like this. We take time to explain each step, answer your questions, and help you feel prepared before treatment begins. Sedation options are available.

And if it helps, Milo & Oliver, our comfort dogs, may be part of the welcome committee.

Why Dr. Bean?

Dr. Bean has been placing implants for over 25 years.

After studying the all-on-four technique in Lisbon, he rebuilt his process around conservative treatment, minimal trauma, and faster results.

Today, he uses your native bone whenever possible, which means many patients do not need large grafts or sinus lifts. He plans every case digitally, works backward from the final result, and evaluates whether teeth can be loaded the same day.

who this is for

You have been living in dentures and you are done.

They slip, limit what you eat, and never quite feel like your own teeth. You are ready for something that stays put.

Your dental work has not held up.

You have spent years on fillings, crowns, root canals, or implants, and things keep failing. You are tired of patching problems and ready to understand what a long-term solution could look like.

you are coming back from something bigger.

Cancer treatment. A health crisis. Addiction recovery. Years of putting yourself last. Whatever brought you here, nobody in our office is here to judge how you got here.

How It Works

1
consultation

We start with a conversation. Jennifer wants to understand your story before anyone looks at your mouth.

Then we take 3D scans so Dr. Bean can evaluate your bone, anatomy, and options. If you have had consultations elsewhere, bring what you were told. We will give you an honest read.

2
digital planning

Dr. Bean plans the entire case on screen before surgery begins.

Implant positions, angles, and the prosthesis design are mapped digitally. By the time you sit down for treatment, your teeth have already been designed and printed in our lab.

3
surgery day

Any teeth included in the surgical plan are removed and the implants are placed. When immediate loading is appropriate, fixed provisional teeth are secured before you leave.

Your plan will explain the comfort measures, recovery guidance, and follow-up visits for your procedure.

4
healing

Over the next few months, the implants bond with the jawbone.

You will come in for follow-ups so we can check healing and make any needed adjustments.

5
final teeth

Once healing is complete, your final set is placed.

These are made with stronger material, a more precise fit, and a design tailored to you.

The Digital Difference

This is the part that surprises most people.

We are a fully digital office. Dr. Bean designs your teeth on screen using your 3D scans, then prints them in our in-house lab.

There is no outside lab, no waiting weeks for something to come back, and no converting a denture into a bridge after surgery. If something needs to be adjusted later, you come in and we handle it here.

clear expectations. from the start.

Does All-on-4 replace one arch or both?

An arch is the upper or lower set of teeth. A full-mouth plan may involve both arches, but the treatment needed for each is assessed separately. Your proposal should make clear which arch or arches it covers.

What affects the cost of All-on-4 treatment?

The arch or arches treated, implant plan, extractions or preparatory care, provisional teeth, final restoration, and follow-up requirements affect the investment. We will discuss the full plan and available payment options at your consultation.

How do I care for fixed full-arch teeth?

Fixed teeth still need daily cleaning and professional maintenance. We will show you how to clean around and beneath the restoration, explain the tools for your plan, and arrange follow-up visits.

frequently asked Questions

Does it hurt?

Most patients tell us the experience was easier than they expected. Dr. Bean uses a conservative approach designed to minimize trauma, and sedation options are available to help keep you comfortable. Some soreness and swelling are normal after surgery, but we’ll give you clear instructions for managing recovery and stay in touch as you heal.
You may have more options than you think. Dr. Bean uses 3D imaging to evaluate your bone and anatomy before making any recommendations. His approach is designed to use your existing bone whenever possible, which means many patients can avoid extensive grafting or sinus lifts. If additional treatment is needed, we’ll explain exactly why and what your options are.
Our focus is on individualized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all process. Dr. Bean plans each case digitally using your 3D scans, and your teeth are designed and printed right here in our in-house lab. From consultation through follow-up and adjustments, your care stays with the Complete Dental Care team.
Call us. Because we design and print teeth in our own lab, many adjustments and repairs can be handled right here without sending your teeth to an outside laboratory. We’ll evaluate what happened and determine whether the restoration can be repaired, adjusted, or needs to be replaced.
Warranty coverage can vary depending on the type of restoration and treatment completed. Before treatment begins, our team will explain what is covered, any maintenance requirements, and what to expect if something needs attention in the future.
Age alone does not determine whether you are a candidate for dental implants. Your overall health, bone, anatomy, medications, and ability to heal are much more important. We use detailed 3D imaging and review your health history to determine whether treatment is appropriate and what approach makes the most sense for you.
That is one of the biggest goals of treatment. You will need to follow a softer diet while the implants heal and bond with the bone, and Dr. Bean will let you know when it is safe to gradually add firmer foods. Once healing is complete, your final teeth are designed to provide strong, stable function for everyday eating.
Yes, Dr. Bean regularly evaluates patients whose previous dental or implant work is no longer functioning the way it should. He’ll look closely at your implants, bone, gums, bite, and existing restoration to understand what happened. Sometimes the existing work can be repaired or adjusted; other cases may need to be rebuilt. The first step is simply finding out what is possible.
