When Dental Problems Go Deeper,
We Help Rebuild the Foundation

Restoring Strength and Stability to Your Smile

If you’re reading this page, chances are you’ve already been through a lot. Teeth that keep breaking down. Dental work that didn’t hold. Missing teeth. Or maybe you’ve been told you need implants and aren’t sure who to trust.

Surgical and implant dentistry is about rebuilding the foundation, not continuing to patch something that is no longer holding up. Dr. Bean evaluates every case individually and helps you understand your options before recommending a path forward.

Maybe today is just about learning. That’s a perfectly good place to start.

Implant Services

Dental implants replace both the visible tooth and the root beneath it. The implant is placed in the jawbone, where it bonds with the bone and creates a stable foundation for a crown, bridge, or full set of teeth.

Because implants are anchored in bone, they feel more secure than removable replacements. They can help patients chew comfortably, speak clearly, smile with confidence, and preserve jawbone over time.

Single-Tooth Implants

When one tooth is missing, an implant can replace it without affecting the neighboring teeth. The implant supports a custom crown designed to blend naturally with your smile.

Implant Bridges

If several teeth are missing in the same area, implants can support a bridge that replaces multiple teeth at once. This provides a strong, stable result without placing an implant for every tooth.

Implant-Supported Dentures

Traditional dentures can slip or shift while eating and speaking. Implant-supported dentures attach to anchors in the jawbone, helping them feel more secure and comfortable.

Full-Arch Implant Solutions

When most or all teeth in an arch need to be replaced, implants can support a complete set of fixed teeth that stay in place.

If you have trouble accessing the forms or aren’t sure what information to include, feel free to call the office and we’ll help you through it.Full-arch implant solutions are the procedures Dr. Bean is best known for, and it’s where the digital workflow makes the biggest difference. Rather than relying on a temporary denture, Dr. Bean designs the prosthesis digitally before surgery so patients can leave with teeth the same day.

You can learn more about this approach on our Teeth in a Day page.

Rescue and revision Cases

Not every dental procedure holds up the way it was supposed to. When that happens, it can feel frustrating and overwhelming.

Dr. Bean evaluates revision cases by looking closely at the bone, gums, bite, and existing dental work to understand why the original treatment is not functioning properly.

Sometimes the existing work can be repaired or adjusted. Other times, rebuilding the area provides a stronger long-term result. If something does not feel right, or you want a second opinion, we’ll tell you what we see.

Other Surgical Procedures

Some surgical treatments prepare the mouth for implants or restore the bone and tissue that support the teeth. These procedures may be recommended when tooth loss, infection, or long-term changes in the jaw have affected the underlying structure.

Tooth Extractions

The iTero scanner creates a precise 3D model of your mouth without traditional impression trays.

We also use iTero’s smile simulation feature during consultations. Jennifer can show you a preview of what your result could look like, giving you something visual to respond to before treatment begins.

Bone Grafting

Intraoral cameras capture close-up images of your teeth and gums in areas that are difficult to see during a standard exam.

The images appear on a screen, so we can show you exactly what we see and explain why a certain treatment may be recommended.

Technology and Safety

Dr. Bean plans every surgical case digitally before treatment begins. Using 3D cone beam imaging, he can see the jaw, sinuses, nerves, and bone structure before making a single incision.

From there, the prosthesis is designed on screen and created in our in-house lab. That means no outside lab, no long waiting period, and a more predictable final result.
