Understanding the Cost of Your Care

Coverage, Costs, and Your Options

Dental insurance can be helpful, but it can also feel confusing. Every plan works a little differently, and many patients are not sure what their coverage includes until they need treatment.
Our team can help you review your benefits, understand your options, and find flexible payment solutions before care begins.
If you have questions about your coverage, we’ll walk through the details with you so there are no surprises.

how we work with insurance

Complete Dental Care accepts most PPO dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Preventive care is often the part of dentistry that insurance supports most. Many plans cover cleanings, exams, and routine X-rays at a high percentage.

Before treatment begins, we can review your benefits and provide an estimate of what your insurance may contribute. Insurance companies make the final coverage determination, but we’ll help you understand what to expect.

At this time, our office does not accept HMO or discount dental plans.

what dental insurance typically covers

Most dental insurance plans focus on preventive care first. Exams, cleanings, and routine X-rays are usually covered at the highest level.

Basic treatments like fillings may receive partial coverage, while crowns, implants, or larger restorative procedures may have different limitations.

Every policy is different, so our team will help you review your benefits before treatment begins.

payment & financing options

In addition to dental insurance, we offer several payment options to help make treatment more accessible. Patients may pay with cash, check, credit or debit cards, and Apple Pay. For patients who prefer monthly payments, we also work with healthcare financing providers.
CareCredit is one of the most widely used healthcare financing programs. It works similarly to a credit card but is specifically designed for medical and dental expenses. Patients can use it for treatment and then pay the balance over time.
Alphaeon offers financing plans that can work well for larger treatment plans. Qualified applicants may be approved for credit lines up to $25,000 depending on the program.
Sunbit offers payment plans designed to be accessible to a wide range of patients. Their programs focus on simple applications and predictable monthly payments.

Options for Patients Without Insurance

Not everyone has traditional dental insurance, and that’s okay. Many patients use our Kleer® Membership Plan, which works similarly to a subscription. Patients pay a monthly or annual fee directly to the practice and receive preventive care along with discounts on additional treatments.

Membership can be a simple, predictable way to maintain dental health without insurance limitations or waiting periods.
