To qualify, the nominee must be 18 or older, live in Northeast Texas, and be medically and dentally eligible for treatment.
The winner receives a complete smile transformation — custom-designed and placed in a single day at our clinic. There is no cost whatsoever to the winner.
This isn't a raffle or a popularity contest. Dr. Bean personally reads every submission and selects the person whose life he believes would be changed most by this gift.
Submissions closed on June 15th, 2026. We will be announcing the winner shortly and will reach out directly to schedule treatment.
